Ever since the beginning, BDI has believed that delivering the highest quality food and service to every guest at every meal is one of the best ways we serve the community. As well, BDI believes supporting worthy causes dedicated to the goals and values we all share is equally important.
If your organization has a fundraising event or program you’d like to tell us about, please fill out and submit the form below electronically. The information will be forwarded directly to the general manager of the restaurant nearest you. Or download the form, print it and send it to the Bon Vie location nearest to you to the attention of the General Manager.

NOTE: All donation request forms received in the mail must be accompanied by a cover letter on your organization’s stationery.
